Prof. Ipek T眉reli and her students in the studio course Design and Construction 2 invite you to the opening of the exhibition 鈥淎mal: The Resilient School.鈥澛� Amal, hope in Arabic, is an elementary school for traumatized Syrian refugee children in Turkey.聽 This exhibition showcases the students鈥� propositions on how educational buildings and school architecture can respond to the ongoing humanitarian crisis.聽 This event seeks to support the fundraising efforts of the Syrian Kids Foundation鈥檚 Al-Salam School in Reyhanl谋, Turkey (syriankids.ca).聽 Donors will receive a complimentary copy of the exhibition catalogue.聽 Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.聽 Vernissage on Wednesday 20 May at 5:00 p.m.
