Alex Boussetta, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt who teaches the Green Belt and Black Belt programs at 9I制作厂免费, has expanded his reach to help organizations like the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) improve the quality of their services. Through Lean Six Sigma training, members of the CMHA鈥檚 Halton Region branch have discovered new tools to measure and improve program effectiveness.
