Hear about the findings of the museum's fossil expedition to Melville Island in summer 2006; learn how you can join the 2007 dig for dinosaurs in Saskatchewan. Hans Larsson and his five-member team unearthed the only ichthyosaur bones ever found so far north, along with bones of thalattosuchians (crocodile-like sea serpents) and plesiosaurs (flesh-eating aquatic reptiles). Expedition funding by Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), Canada Research Chairs program and Polar Continental Shelf Project. Free admission, all welcome
