Former U.S. Vice-President Al Gore won an Oscar and shared the Nobel Prize in 2007 for his documentary film "An Inconvenient Truth". But there are a number of unpleasant truths where climate change is concerned. They have less to do with just accepting Gore鈥檚 "inconvenient truth" and more to do with whether countries around the globe are capable of meeting the considerable technological challenges of stabilizing greenhouse gas emissions and slowing climate change.
