New Developments in Calibrated fMRI: Absolute Quantification of Resting Oxidative Metabolism [Dr. Rick Hoge]
BIC Lecture Series: Winter-2011 Program
The is a series of informal lectures on brain imaging that is presented at the (BIC) of the (Neuro) by experts in the field; these lectures are open to all.
The Winter-2012 Program of the BIC Lecture Series will feature thirteen presentations examining the use of advanced brain imaging techniques to better understand the structure and function of the human brain. These will include data obtained using聽magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional MRI (fMRI), recording of evoked-response potentials (ERP), diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetoencephalography (MEG).
Please join us for our seventh lecture of the season, which will be held on Thursday, April the 12th, at 1:00 pm in the聽 of the Neuro (3801 University Street, Montreal, QC, H3A 2B4). This lecture will be given by , who will describe recent developments in calibrated fMRI based on absolute quantification of resting oxidative metabolism.
