Part of the Redpath Museum's Spotlight on Biodiversity summer film series to celebrate the International Year of Biodiversity.
Food and agriculture have become central in discussions about climate change, sequestering carbon, health and the preservation of biological diversity. The Future of Food distills the complex technology and key regulatory, legal, ethical, environmental and consumer issues surrounding the troubling changes happening in the food system today. It empowers consumers to understand the consequences of their food choices on our future.
Suggested contribution: $4 per adult / $2 child or student includes a muffin and refreshing drink.
