Charitable and philanthropic works have been a hallmark of the Science Undergraduate Society (SUS) for the past four years, and each year has seen an increase in scope and money raised. Last year, the length of our annual Charity Week event increased and raised an unprecedented $17,000. All the money went to Leucan, a local non-profit organization aiming to enhance the well-being, healing, and recovery of children afflicted with cancer and ensuring support for their families. This year, the SUS aims to continue this successful event and will be looking for many volunteers to help out.
