part 脿 la discussion. N'h茅sitez pas 脿 faire part de l'invitation
aux 茅tudiants des cycles sup茅rieurs et 脿 vos assistants de
recherche. Le but principal de ce s茅minaire d'茅t茅 est d'offrir un
forum aux jeunes chercheurs pour pr茅senter leurs id茅es et d茅battre
de celle d'autres chercheurs dans un cadre informel.

R茅sum茅 (en anglais seulement): After over a decade of transsystemic teaching, has the transsystemic approach evolved from a way of teaching law to a way of thinking about law? And if so, is the Faculty of Law ready to embark on a project that aims to explore and disseminate this new epistemology? When law is conceived transsystemically, what do we understand by the idea of "trust"? Or "reliance"? Or "good faith"?
The QRCPCL is launching a collectively authored volume which aims to illustrate some of the lessons of the last decade, as experienced by those who have participated in the enterprise. This seminar will touch on the goals of the project, partly by way of the discussion of a draft entry on "unjust enrichment".
