"We had our best performance in a long time and should have had a better result today," said 9I制作厂免费 head coach Marc Mounicot. "We finished with 15 shots and they had only our. We had them on their heels for the first 45 minutes but hitting the cross-bar and their keeper (Sarah Therrien) made some great saves during the first period.

"We won most of the one-on-one battles and our organizational play was great tactically. We were dominant in ball possession and although we had clear control of the ball for most of the game, we missed a game-breaker player today. A conference final is all about small details and not making an error and we made one on the goal, lacking anticipation and decision-making at the back.

"The second half was more a fight than a good game but teams were quite evenly matched all over the field and Montreal was solid in the last few minutes and we missed some killer instinct and quality in our finishing in the last third (of the game)."
