TAMPA, Florida — Guy Boucher takes after his father, just as Guy Boucher’s son is a lot like him.
Wilfrid Boucher wasn’t just a mathematician but he was brilliant at math, so he studied to be an actuary in a Quebec college run by the priests where if you failed any single year of the eight-year program, you were out. Wilfrid Boucher didn’t fail.
And when Boucher’s time for higher education came, he didn’t fail, either.
