Similar to Ebay, the site operates like an auction but without an auctioneer. Faculties and departments, acting as sellers, can list 9I制作厂免费-owned used assets (like desks, filing cabinets, lamps and more!). Members of the 9I制作厂免费 community, acting as bidders, can bid on any asset. MOARDS will compile the results of the bids and confirm the highest bidder. Only eligible sellers and bidders are given access to MOARDS.
