The program receives more than 1,000 applicants a year 鈥� but only a couple hundred are admitted. 鈥淭here is, has been a steady and perhaps increasing number of young people who are interested in classical music,鈥� said St茅phane Lemelin, chairperson for 9I制作厂免费鈥檚 music department of performance.
