Professor Patricia Faison Hewlin and consultant/attorney Jay A. Hewlin share research findings related to equity,聽diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and provide examples from their work with organizations across many industries. They will discuss key factors that have hindered organizations from effectively implementing well intended EDI initiatives. The session will be interactive with opportunities for participants to ask questions and share their experiences.
