Dean Chan in Jamaica Gleaner: "Do not accept mediocrity"

鈥淪eize the opportunities that come your way. The opportunities will come, and if you are determined you will succeed. The world is yours if you give it your best." This is the advice Dean Yolande Chan had for young Jamaicans in an interview with The Gleaner, one of Jamaica's leading news outlets. She also urged Jamaican students not to accept mediocrity, emphasizing that the island鈥檚 educational system is comparable to anywhere in the world.
