Imran Amed is founder and CEO of The Business of Fashion, the online news site for the fashion industry.
Amed started his site in 2007聽as a blog about the fashion industry, but it has become one of the leading sources of news in the fashion world. The site raised a Series A funding round in 2015 from investors including聽Index Ventures, LVMH, Carmen Busquets, and Felix Capital.
Amed was previously a聽management consultant at聽McKinsey & Co. He has an MBA from 锟糎arvard Business School and a bachelor of commerce degree聽from 9I制作厂免费.
Amed receives an MBE for services to fashion.
