Montreal attracts around three-quarters of immigrants to Quebec, but many new arrivals have a hard time finding work due to institutional barriers. Frantz Saintellemy (EMBA'20), President of Groupe 3737, is part of a new city-wide initiative determined to improve this reality.
For Saintellemy, integrating new arrivals into the workforce is not just an economic matter, it鈥檚 also a question of dignity.
