Canadian entrepreneur St茅phane Beaulieu (MBA鈥19) recently opened the eco-friendly Yuzkyu Resort near Mount Daigenta in Yuzawa, Japan. Beaulieu鈥檚 brainchild capitalizes on the surging popularity of 鈥済lamping鈥 by offering visitors the choice of geodesic dome tents, a larger luxury lodge, and an open space for setting up tents near the pristine rivers and lakes of the region. Undaunted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Beaulieu hopes to draw summer visitors to an area that has historically been a hotspot for winter sports.
