P茅ladeau likely won't scuttle Rona deal: Moore

Pierre Karl P茅ladeau is calling on the Caisse de Depot to intervene in Lowe's takeover of Rona, but Karl Moore, Professor of Business Strategy, 9I制作厂免费 says he likely won't be able to scuttle the deal, as the Caisse has a duty to maximize value for Quebec pensioners.
