Nathalie Bourdon (EMBA’10) is the Director of Distribution and Market Development at the National Film Board of Canada.
In a recent interview, she shares the challenges faced by documentary filmmakers to secure broad distribution and project funding – something that her organization is working to overcome.
As she explains, more times than not, when audiences give documentaries a try, they are pleasantly surprised by the viewing experience.
