Eligibility
The candidate must be:
- Be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Enrolled in a full-time Doctoral program studying听at 9I制作厂免费
- The research should focus on international relations
- The research projects of the student must be outside of Canada
Evaluation Criteria
Research potential of the applicant demonstrated by the research experience, interest in discovery and innovation, the research鈥檚 quality and its contribution to听knowledge advancement in the field of economics/business. | 35% |

Required Documents
To qualify, candidates for the scholarship must submit a complete application package containing the following documents:
- The听application form听duly completed, dated, and signed;
- Academic Curriculum vitae;
- A description of the research project with bibliography, including: the research question or problem, objectives, working hypothesis, methodology, and contribution to the advancement of knowledge in the field of international relations (maximum 3 pages);
- All听official University level transcripts (current Fall session registration status must be indicated)
- Letters of recommendation:
- One letter from the home institution听research director covering the nature and the significance of the research project;
- 听- If the candidate's research project involves a host institution abroad, a letter听from a supervisor of the foreign institution where the candidate intends to do听their research. The resources of the host institution offered to the candidate's听research activities should be indicated.
听- If the research project does not involve a host institution abroad, a letter from听the research supervisor attesting the necessity for the candidate to travel for听data collection and specifying the places, organizations or people who will be听the subject of field research. For example: interviews with various stakeholders,听and local populations, archival research documents, etc. - Two letters from referees who must base their recommendation on the听academic and professional excellence, research potential and skills of the听candidate.
