The Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism invites you to a talk by former O鈥橞rien Fellow in Residence Vicki Prais.
Vicki Prais, a London-based human rights lawyer, will offer up some candid and personal advice and share some of her experiences as a practitioner in the field. Her talk will focus on:
- the different entry points into a human rights career;
- the lifestyle;
- remuneration and salary;
- skills set and personal characteristics;
- International v. domestic opportunities;
- top tips;
- a European angle (opportunities in European institutions, e.g. the Council of Europe)
