The debate about Canada’s criminal justice system has rarely been so polarized – or so in need of fresh ideas."Indictment: The Criminal Justice System on Trial" is a ground-breaking new book by Benjamin Perrin, a national best-selling author and UBC law professor. This book is at the heart of a vital national conversation about our failed criminal justice system, and how we can build a new way to better address harm in our society.
Prof. Perrin is an alumnus of 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ Law (LL.M. ’07). He served as in-house legal counsel and lead criminal justice advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister, and was a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada.
