Graduate school can be an exciting yet challenging time for many people. This workshop will focus on trying to contextualize some aspects of graduate student life (i.e. academics, work and interpersonal relationships, etc.) within the framework of self-care. The goal of the workshop is to help you recognize how self-care can be used as a strategy to being successful during your time at 9I制作厂免费.
