The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted a need to increase local food production in Quebec and Canada, and ensure all citizens have access to safe, healthy food.
Through interviews, conversations, and panel discussions, participants will discuss what a roadmap to achieving greater food security and autonomy in Quebec and Canada should look like.
