Managing resources sustainably: where science, public policy and industry can meet
This year's TISPP symposium will include:
- A session on addressing sustainability and carbon gases within the Canadian peat industry
- Presentations from three of the current TISPP Fellows:
- Nancy Ross, Professor, Department of Geography, and Associate Vice-Principal, Research and Innovation, 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ
- Peter Douglas, Assistant Professor, Department of Earth and Planetary Science, 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ
- Adrian Vetta, Associate Professor, School of Computer Science and Department of Mathematics and Statistics, 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ
- A panel discussion and Q&A session on the science-public policy-industry nexus
- A wine and cheese reception
The symposium is open to all members of the 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ community and the general public alike. Admission is free and there is no registration required.
