 eased to announce the 8th National Neuromuscular Review Course. This in de
 pth learning opportunity is available solely as an in person event. It wil
 l be held at The Neuro\, Montreal. \n\n\nRegister here \n\nRegistration is
  free for residents\, $350 CAD for fellows\, and $500 CAD for neurologists
 \, specialists\, and professionals.\n\n\nWho should attend\n\nThe review c
 ourse is aimed at residents and fellows from Canada and the US\, as well a
 s practicing community neurologists interested in a comprehensive review o
 f the current principles and practices dealing with neuromuscular diseases
 . \n\nBenefits of attending\n\nThis comprehensive review course may serve 
 to fulfill part of the preparation requirements for trainees seeking to co
 mplete the Royal College Examinations in neurology and in related fields. 
 We believe this program will assist all neurology residents in preparing f
 or their examination. The course will bring community neurologists up to d
 ate on neuromuscular diseases so that ultimately\, they can improve the di
 agnosis and care of their patients.\n\nCourse topics\n\nThe course will pr
 esent experts who will provide a state-of-the-art overview of topics such 
 as motor neuron diseases\, pediatrics\, neuropathies\, neuromuscular junct
 ion diseases and myopathies. The speakers will cover basic clinical concep
 ts from diagnosis to therapeutics\, from genomics to immunology. The progr
 am will include examination scenarios for those participants wishing to ga
 in experience in examination situations.\n\nOverall Program Learning Objec
 tives\n\n\n	By the end of the review course\, participants will be able to 
 analyze the clinical presentation of prevalent neurological disorders.\n	El

  awards for Neurology Residents are available on a first-come\, first-serv
 ed basis to provide financial assistance to those traveling from within Ca
 nada. These awards are for those who have registered to attend the Nationa
 l Neuromuscular Review Course in Montreal.\n\n		\n			Applications must be submi
 tted by August 15\, 2025\, via the travel award form\n			Award amounts will b
 e based on distance\, for a maximum of $500 CAD for Canadian residents\n		\n
 \n		You will be notified of the status of your application by September 4\, 
 2025. \n\n		Award amounts will be based on distance:\n\n		For Neurology reside
 nts travelling from outside the province of Québec\, approved awards will 
 be in the amount of $500.\n\n		For Neurology residents travelling from outsi
 de of Montreal\, but within the province of Québec\, approved awards will 
 be in the amount of $300.\n	\n\n	\n		Facility Directions\n\n		The Montreal Neuro
 logical Institute and Hospital is at 3801 University Street\, north of Pin
 e Avenue West\, on the 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ campus opposite the former Royal 
 Victoria Hospital.\n\n		Montreal is served by highway Routes 10\, 15\, 20 an
 d 40\, and by Greyhound Bus\, ViaRail and the P-E-Trudeau airport. In the 
 city\, bus and metro service is provided by the Société de transport de Mo
 ntréal (STM).\n\n		Wheelchair access\n\n		A wheelchair accessible entrance is 
 on University Street north of the main entrance. Another wheelchair access
 ible entrance is in the loading area behind the building: to enter the loa
 ding area\, turn into the driveway south of the main entrance. Please note
 \, there is no parking in the loading area.\n\n		Parking\n\n		Parking near the
  MNI is sometimes difficult. There are parking meters on University Street
  and a parking lot north of the main entrance. To enter the lot\, turn rig
