We鈥檙e excited to share new features to听, the platform accessed through the ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore听& MyCreds^TM) in Minerva, that allows students to securely share documents such as electronic transcripts, custom letters, documents, and forms.听

Students can now request听one听electronic Transcript (eTranscript) and share it with multiple recipients! Additionally, they can order transcripts and forms separately,听so there鈥檚 no need to order both if only one is required.听Below you'll find some best practices and helpful tips.听

Before requesting your eTranscript:听

• Check your unofficial transcript in听听(Student Menu>Student Records Menu>View Your Unofficial Transcript)听to confirm that the information you plan to share is displaying e.g.听degree granted notation,听final grades, etc.

Sharing your eTranscript:听

• eTranscript will be available in听听听
• You will receive an email from MyCreds.ca | MesCertif.ca with a link to MyCreds^TM听 when your transcript is available
• eTranscript is valid for 30 days听

• Ensure听that听the听3^rd听party听recipient accepts electronic official transcripts and provide a valid email address for the recipient.

• You can share the same听one eTranscript with multiple recipients, so there鈥檚 no need to request it multiple times.听听

Expired eTranscript or changes听to your record:听

• If your record changes and you wish to share an updated version of your transcript, you will need to order a new eTranscript.听

• After 30 days, your eTranscript will expire and will no longer be available to share, and existing recipients will no longer have access. You must then order a new eTranscript.听

eTranscript fees:听

• To access and share your eTranscript, you will need to purchase share credits.听听

• You can expect to see ARUCCMYCREDSMESCERTIF as the merchant鈥檚 name appearing on your credit card statement.听听
