Dr. Christel Renoux is a practicing neurologist from Lyon, France with expertise in multiple sclerosis and stroke as well as an epidemiologist. On August 1st, 2012, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at 9I制作厂免费 and Investigator at the Centre for Clinical Epidemiology at the Jewish General Hospital-Lady Davis Institute. Her research focuses on neuroepidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology mainly in multiple sclerosis and stroke.

Dr. Renoux鈥檚 research program focuses on neuroepidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology. Using various large health databases, she evaluates the safety and effectiveness of medications, particularly related to neurological and psychiatric medications and outcomes, while applying advanced epidemiological methods. She also studies the epidemiology of cerebrovascular diseases in terms of risk factors, prevention and treatment. Her research has been funded by various organizations such as the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Heart and Stroke Foundation, and Parkinson Canada.聽
