Story: Canadian legal history could be made in Valleyfield, Que., today when a Quebec man learns if he'll be the first drunk driver to be declared a dangerous offender. Roger Walsh pleaded guilty to a 19th impaired driving charge last December after killing Anee Khudaverdian a few months earlier.
