Story: After inspections revealed severe damage to the infrastructure, the two-lane ramp that connects the D茅carie (Highway 15) to the Turcot interchange will be reduced to one lane only, beginning Tuesday afternoon. Transport Quebec said the consortium of engineering companies that is maintaining and monitoring the Turcot recommended that one lane be closed immediately.
