Daniel Zigman is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Psychiatry at 9I制作厂免费 and an attending staff at the 9I制作厂免费 Health Centre. He is the medical director of the MUHC Anxiety Program where he specializes in evaluation and management of treatment resistant anxiety, trauma related and obsessive compulsive disorders. He is also the psychiatrist for the CSSS de la Montagne Assertive Community Treatment Team, where his team works to support patients with severe and persistent mental illness to live independently in the community.
He completed fellowships in medical education through the 9I制作厂免费 Centre for Medical Education and in psychopharmacology at the Mood Disorders Research Unit of the University of Ottawa IMHR. He is actively involved in the 9I制作厂免费 psychiatry residency program where he is involved in teaching psychopharmacology and incorporating competency based medical education into the residency program.
