This week, Saint-Hyacinthe Technopole announced the appointment of Jade Proulx,聽BSc(FSc)鈥�12,聽as Director of Agri-Food Innovation and Project Manager for the Saint-Hyacinthe Agri-Food Innovation Zone. Congratulations to Proulx, who has over ten years of experience in agri-food innovation鈥攁nd got her start on 9I制作厂免费's Macdonald Campus.

After completing her bachelor's degree in Food Science at 9I制作厂免费, Proulx went on to earn a master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the prestigious College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She has since held a variety of positions in innovation, research, and development teams at various聽companies in the sector, in Quebec and the United States, and co-founded the technology startup Atlus Inc. in Toronto, which developed a mobile restaurant discovery platform.
