Langue et litt茅rature asiatiques : In-depth examination of the Yijing, known in the West as the Book of Changes. The course will combine a close reading of this pivotal text and its numerous commentaries with a social and cultural analysis of the diverse functions it fulfilled through Chinese history - philosophical, political, religious, aesthetic and cosmological.
