Vue d'ensemble
Travaux pratiques : Introduction to philosophical concepts of ethics and examines issues in ethics and responsibility in the legal profession, such as self-regulation, confidentiality, loyalty, conflicts of interest, whistle-blowing, and access to justice. Students will carry out research and writing assignments throughout the year on specific problems in these areas.
