Vue d'ensemble
Sciences politiques : An analysis of the major constitutional conflicts since the adoption of the Constitution Act of 1982. The focus will be on the theories of federalism and conceptions of the political community informing the specific proposals, their objectives and details, and the politics of the outcomes.
