Vue d'ensemble
Affaires : Gain the knowledge and skills required to successfully manage all financial aspects of a condominium. The course will explain the responsibilities of the property manager in budgeting, preparation of financial statements, collection, development of a reserve fund, cash-flow planning, preparation for audit and investments. Working knowledge of Excel is required.
