They met with BREE undergrad and grad students who presented their projects, highlighting links between their research and bioregenerative life support system goals for extended space missions on the lunar surface and beyond in the near future. Join an interdisciplinary team of undergraduate students to develop a synthetic biology project over the course of a year. We spend the winter semester on design, planning wet lab/dry lab projects, as well as related initiatives under our education, media, outreach, entrepreneurship, and finance subteams. The summer is then dedicated to full time wet lab (or dry lab) work. We are particularly interested in recruiting applicants with experience in either wet lab or dry lab work to lead those projects. He never left. “I loved the program. I loved the professors. I loved my courses,” said Madramootoo. “It was giving me exactly what I wanted in life. I was fulfilling a dream.” After also earning his MSc (1981) and his PhD (1985) at Mac, he accepted an 11th hour offer from 9I�� for an assistant professorship, declining opportunities at other universities.
