Biography:
Dr. Elena Bennett studies interactions among ecosystem services to promote multifunctional landscapes. She leads ResNet, a national network comparing ecosystem service provision across six Canadian landscapes, and explores transformative societal experiments to envision a "good Anthropocene." Dr. Bennett鈥檚 interdisciplinary work has earned recognition, including a Guggenheim Fellowship, election to the US National Academy of Sciences, and Fellow status with the Royal Society of Canada.聽
