Dr St茅phane Bayen is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry at 9I制作厂免费. His research interests include analytical chemistry applied to the detection of trace contaminants and their metabolites in food and the environment, the fate of contaminants (contaminant chemistry; bioaccumulation mechanisms involved in the contamination of foodstuff; behavior of contaminants during food storage, processing and cooking) and ecological & human health risk assessments.
