On 18 March 2011, the Supreme Court of Canada came down with a ruling on the arbitrability of consumer clauses ()

Professor Saumier will focus her comments on the impact of the decision on consumer arbitration. Professor Bachand will then address the philosophical shift that seems to underlie the ruling. Professor G茅linas will react to both presentations and lead a discussion.

The conference, which will be in French, is presented by the 9I制作厂免费 Research Team on Private Justice and the Rule of Law.
