Tai Chi & Chai Tea
Wednesday January 19th, 2011 from 11:30-3pm

Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese practice, has been shown to reduce
stress, anxiety and fatigue, boost the immune system and calm the
body.
On January 19th, Tai Chi instructors will discuss the art of Tai
Chi and lead students in some basic Tai Chi moves.
We will also be serving chai tea, which reduces stress levels.
So come by for some free Tai Chi and Chai tea, courtesy of ADSAAC,
