Part of the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology鈥檚 annual Effective Parenting Series, Dr. Adam Dub茅, Dr. Victoria Talwar, and Dr. Jeffrey Derevensky discuss the benefits and pitfalls of parenting in the digital world, including such topics as how to select good learning apps, addressing cyberbullying, and identifying warning signs of gaming addiction.

Dr. Victoria Talwar, Professor and Chair of the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology, is a finalist for the SSHRC Impact Awards.

The SSHRC Impact Awards honor leading Canadian researchers in social sciences and humanities.

A research project led by Prof. Martin Drapeau is looking for study participants regarding student life听experiences at the university level. The study examines the experience of students in universities across Canada, with a focus on campus climate, and involves researchers from 9I制作厂免费, the University of Manitoba, the University of British Columbia, and Vancouver Community College. It has received ethics approval from 9I制作厂免费 (REB#21-08-013) and partner universities.
