The late Mary Marsh, DipEd鈥42, a Grade 1听teacher at Rosedale School in Montreal for most of her career, has left more than $4.8 million in her will to support students in the Faculty of Education through a suite of听awards听鈥 an investment that couldn鈥檛 have come at a better time for a profession deeply marked by the pandemic.

A new partnership between 9I制作厂免费鈥檚 Faculty of Education and Trafalgar School for Girls 鈥 known as the CoLab 鈥 aims to advance collaborative research that will address the evolving needs of both educators and students. Unlike traditional laboratory schools at Oxford, Columbia, UCLA and the University of Chicago, which operate as an adjunct to a university, this new venture will be a true partnership, the first of its kind in Canada.
