Need a place to meet? Having a seminar, presentation, or guest speaker? Current 9I制作厂免费 students and staff can reserve a meeting room or classroom (at no cost) in the Education Building or Currie Gymnasium (KPE-affiliated spaces only). All requests must be submitted by email.

Reservation Guidelines for the Education building:

1. Please use the link below to make a room booking. Please note that these reservations are for meeting rooms and classrooms only. Rooms bookings should only be used for 9I制作厂免费 related activities. To reserve any technical equipment, please email audiovisual.education [at] mcgill.ca.
2. Reservations must be submitted a MINIMUM of three (3) working days prior to the reservation.
3. Reservations cannot be made on statutory holidays or on days when the 9I制作厂免费 campus is closed.
4. Faculty of Education requests take priority over 9I制作厂免费ians from other faculties/units.
5. Reservations will be confirmed via email. Please note there is limited availability for rooms in Education, reservations are not guaranteed.
