How to reserve, pick up, and return your regalia:
STEP 1
Reserve your Regalia & Tickets
听
- The deadline for online regalia reservation will be announced in mid-April 2025. Please refer to our FAQs for details about on site regalia reservation.听

Graduates will not be able to cross the stage without regalia and their line-up card
- To determine what regalia looks like for your degree, refer to the list here
- The Spring 2025 ceremonies will be ticketed events.
- Graduates will need to reserve their ticket and purchase guest tickets
- Information about tickets will be available in mid-April 2025
STEP 2
Pick up your regalia and line-up card
- Check the schedule听(below these steps) to find out when you can pick up your cap, gown, and hood (regalia), and line-up card. At the pick up location, you must go to the line-up card table before you proceed to the regalia pick up station.听The schedule will be available in mid-April 2025.
- You must bring:
- Your 9I制作厂免费 ID card (or any other government-issued photo ID)
- A bag or garment bag and hanger to carry your regalia
听
- If someone else is picking up your regalia and line-up card,听you must complete this 3rd Party Authorization form. They must provide government-issued photo ID at pick up
听 - Review On Convocation Day to prepare for the event! IMPORTANT: You must arrive an hour and 15 minutes BEFORE the start of your ceremony, with your regalia,听line-up card, and ticket听to line-up
STEP 3
Return your regalia
听
- Your cap*, gown, and hood must be returned at the pickup location听after the ceremony has concluded
听 - You will be charged $210 for bachelors, $202 for masters, and $724 for doctoral regalia, plus taxes, if you do not return them by the date specified below
听 - Transcripts will not be issued until your regalia is returned or the fees are paid
听 - *Note: PhD recipients must return their doctoral beefeaters (cap). Undergraduate and masters recipients may keep their mortarboard hats

Pickup Schedule
- Pick up will only be available for you on the dates specified on this schedule (dates will be available in mid-April 2025).听Please do not go to the pick up venue on any day that is not listed for your ceremony, as your line-up card and regalia will not be available.

Return Schedule
Your regalia must be returned after your ceremony at the same place it was picked up (see schedule above).
Line-up Card
The line-up card lists your听preferred name,听degree, and any honours you have been awarded. The information on the card will be read by the convocation orator as you cross the stage at the ceremony. Line-up cards are automatically generated for graduating students. They must be picked up prior to your convocation ceremony, according to the schedule.
Convocation awards and prizes will display in the Convocation program but听not听on the line-up card. Convocation awards and prizes that have been approved by Senate also display on your transcript.
Convocation honours (e.g. Dean's Honour List, Distinction) will听be read at the ceremony, will display on your line-up card but do not appear in the Convocation program. Honours also display on your transcript.听
Guests
Spring 2025 Convocation is a ticketed event. More details on guest tickets will be posted on our website in April 2025.听Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The ceremonies are live-streamed so additional family and guests can watch from venues off campus.听
On the day of the ceremony, guests should plan to arrive early to enter the Convocation venue and take their seats. Graduands begin to enter the venue approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, announcements and videos are played before the arrival of the platform party and the start of the ceremony.
