The Black History Month (BHM) Planning Collective of the School of Population and Global Health invites the 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ community for an informative and engaging discussion on "Health promotion interventions in Black communities across Canada". The discussion will be led by a panel of remarkable 9IÖÆ×÷³§Ãâ·Ñ faculty and students working on health equity and well-being in Black communities through the lens of varied disciplines, including Education, Psychology, Family Medicine, and Public Health.

The Neuro's Olszewski Lecture, established in 1986, honours Dr. Jerzy Olszewski (1913–1964), a pioneering neuroanatomist and neuropathologist. Invited to The Neuro by Dr. Wilder Penfield in 1948, Olszewski collaborated on the seminal Cytoarchitecture of the Human Brain Stem, advancing the understanding of brainstem structures and cementing his legacy in neuroscience.
