Program Types

If you're unsure about the differences between Master's and Doctoral (PhD) programs, please consult this guide:

  1. Master's Programs:
    • Research Master's: Requires you to write a thesis and work under a supervisor.
    • Taught Master's (Non-Thesis): Primarily lecture-based with short projects and optional internship courses.

You may transfer from a Taught Master's to a Research Master's or PhD program during your first year, provided you meet the criteria.

  1. PhD Program: A doctoral program that involves advanced research and the completion of a dissertation.
